TWO WEEKS BEFORE
Confirm the number of people to the Venue incharge.
Discuss on the seating arrangement & have a meeting with the
decorator on the Venue.
Discuss the banquet arrangements with the Catere on the Venue.
Checkout the lighting at the Venue.
Full & Final Payments to all agencies.
